Every individual is genetically unique and in their life experiences. This is also true of those who may have grown up in the same family.
Unprocessed feelings can be experienced in many ways. We all resolve and heal in our own individual time-frames.
Typically, only 1-3 sessions are needed. Sessions are approximately 60-90 minutes, usually a week apart. Healing & ongoing changes occur after formal sessions.

“If you are unhappy or unhealthy – there is a part of you that knows why – What’s more, that part knows exactly what needs to be done to change it”
So how does healing and resolving emotions happen?
It is useful to understand the differences between our conscious or outer thinking mind and our subconscious inner private part of our mind. They operate quite differently.
The conscious awareness or outer mind is the thinking, reasoning and logic part. This is also where our willpower and judgment operate for us.
The ‘make it happen’ part of us. If we want to do something involving conscious, outer mind processes (building a house, selling a car, creating a meal, learning an instrument) we must ‘make it happen’.
It’s important to realise that this conscious area is not where our emotions, habits or healing resources operate or process. So talking or self-analysing about some problems or past events or experiences is not the most effective way to fully resolve them.
The subconscious is the part of the mind that makes decisions without the need to actively think about them. The subconscious mind is the gentle mind. The ‘let-it-happen’ part of the mind. If we want to do something involving subconscious or inner processes (digest a meal, resolve a subconscious dilemma, increase oxygen levels during exercise, grow fingernails or release a repressed emotion) then we must ‘let it happen’. Our subconscious affects every moment of our lives 24/7 – and most of us don’t even know it.
